Can you describe what the fabric looked like that Dora Bailey's dress is made out of?

    Umm... Purple??? or maybe green and yellow???
    Is it like a flapper dress with the string things on it?

    ugh...I am terrible at this. I will guess a shimmery (is that a word) grey blue color.
