This is from some delted scene, you can see a small clip of it on the "Little Miss Broadway" trailer. I'm surprised they deleted it since it was Shirley Temple and Jimmy Durante's only song together in the movie!

Ben Welden (Taxi Driver) and Clarence Wilson (Scully) are in Studio Records for their roles, but they were not seen in the movie. They may have been filmed, but cut before release.
