HERE ARE SOME INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT MUSICALS!!!

• In "Oklahoma" Rodgers and Hammerstein wrote a song called "Boys and Girls like you and me" that got cut, When Aurthur freed was making Meet Me in St Louis, he bought the song to use. But eventually they also cut that song from meet me in st louis. They were going to use that song again in "Take me out to the ball game" but it was cut again.
  
• In the sound of music, during the song "My favorite things" when Kurt comes up from behind the bed smiling, He smiled so big because one of the crew members were making funny faces!
• In "Singing in the Rain" Debbie Reynolds only had 3 months of training to tap dance before they filmed the scene.
• In "The good old summertime" Veronica and Andy's daughter is Judy Garlands real daughter.

  When filming Meet Me in St. Louis, Margaret O'brien could not read. She had a pohto-graphic memory, so when her mother read her the script she rememberd all of it!
